The Centre for Strategy & Evaluation Services (CSES) was established in 1999. CSES offers multi-disciplinary research and consultancy services and specialises in the following:

 • Evaluation and impact assessment
 • Development of strategies  
 • Other research and studies 
 
Assignments have been carried out by CSES personnel for a range of clients including the European Commission, EU Agencies and other EU bodies, the European Investment Bank, the Committee of the Regions, UK Government Departments, Local and Regional Authorities, the United Nations, and the World Bank.
