The Centre for Workplace Equity is a new international non-profit organisation dedicated to advancing equity in workplaces globally through:

- evidence-based consulting, diagnostics and interventions

- a resource database on workplace equity to empower individuals and organisations to act

- campaigning, learning and sharing at our annual Workplace Equity Meet

- our Equitable Workplaces international accreditation scheme

We are currently going through a process of co-creation of our vision, mission, and strategy with a globally representative Board, ensuring diverse regional and intersectional perspectives shape our work.
