The Centre on Constitutional Change (CCC) is a leading centre for the study of territorial politics and governance in the United Kingdom and beyond. It was established in August 2013 and is based at the University of Edinburgh.

The Centre acts as a hub for an international network of experts working on different aspects of politics, public policy and legal/constitutional developments in multi-level settings. It aims to promote innovative and cross-disciplinary research and establish links and collaborations between academics and practitioners.
