Ralph Greeley

Ralph Greeley has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ralph has held positions in companies such as Centre Technologies, CEC Entertainment, BlueLine Services, SilverHyve, TMX Finance, Think Finance, ClearPointe, Cash America, ACE Cash Express, and B&G Cleaning Services.

Starting in 2019, Ralph worked at Centre Technologies, initially as the Information Technology Service Delivery Manager and later as the Director of Operations Support. At CEC Entertainment, they served as the IT Operations Manager, overseeing the infrastructure operations and networks for over 500 restaurant locations across the United States.

Prior to that, Ralph was the Director of Managed Services at both BlueLine Services and SilverHyve, where they led teams providing IT support and consulting services to SMBs. Ralph also gained hands-on experience maintaining and supporting thousands of endpoints, including servers, network devices, and workstations.

Ralph's work experience also includes roles at TMX Finance, Think Finance, ClearPointe, Cash America, ACE Cash Express, and B&G Cleaning Services. Ralph has managed NOCs, help desks, and technical support teams, developed processes and procedures, and demonstrated strong leadership skills.

Throughout their career, Ralph has consistently shown the ability to manage teams, address and resolve incidents, and meet customer and business needs. Ralph'sexperience spans various areas of IT, including infrastructure management, incident and outage management, disaster recovery, and business continuity. Ralph's strong organizational and technical skills make him a valuable asset in any IT role.

Ralph Greeley began their education journey in 1998 at Central Texas College, where they pursued pre-bachelor studies in Computer Networking. Ralph attended this institution until 1999 before moving on to Strayer University-Maryland in 2001. At Strayer University, Ralph completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, which they studied until 2005.
