Centred Meditation is a leading Australian health and wellness brand on a mission to empower busy urban professionals with a greater sense of calm, clarity, confidence, and connection, ushering in a new era of sustainable human performance. The foundation of our success rests upon Effortless Meditation - an easy, enjoyable and highly effective technique - which paves the way for sustainable growth and transformation.

On an individual level we help our guests cope with some of the most important mental and emotional health issues of the modern age including anxiety, stress, depression, grief and insomnia. On an organisational level we achieve our vision through the facilitation and teaching of contemporary, evidence-based and practical frameworks, driving high performing, sustainable cultures for individuals and teams.

Centred Meditation began as Australia’s first guided meditation drop-in studio in the heart of Sydney’s CBD and has fast become renowned not only for it’s accessible meditation approach but also for it’s corporate wellness programs, retreats, personal and leadership development courses and teacher training programs.

We invite you to realise your full potential. One where you are calm under pressure, connected to your innermost presence, and confident to express your true self. One where you find meaning in your work, fulfillment in your relationships and joy in your activities.

Centred Meditation was co-founded by Nikki and Kevin Janks.
