Tom Tolhurst

Tom Tolhurst is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Trustee at the Homeless Football Association since 2013 and as HR Manager at Centrepoint since April 2011. At Centrepoint, Tom provides strategic HR support to senior management, advising on employee relations issues in alignment with company policies and employment law. Prior roles include HR Manager and Assistant HR Manager at Mencap, where Tom focused on people management and team coordination, and Senior HR Officer at Sova, overseeing advisory roles related to employment issues. Tom began an HR career as an HR Assistant at Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust, following a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from the University of Reading.
