Michael Love is an accomplished financial executive with a robust background in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at CENTREX since May 2025, Michael previously held similar positions at Phoseon Technology from January 2021 to May 2024, where the company was acquired by Excelitas, and at Foundation Constructors Inc. for a brief period in 2021. Noteworthy contributions include enhancing financial reporting at Biocare Medical during the tenure as CFO from March 2018 to March 2020, and significant leadership roles at CLIMAX Portable Machining & Welding Systems as Vice President and CFO from 2010 to 2018. Michael's experience also includes positions at TriQuint Semiconductor, Ionis Pharmaceuticals, and International Rectifier, demonstrating expertise in financial strategy, investor relations, and operational finance. Academically, Michael has a BA in Finance from Oregon State University and an MBA from the University of Oregon's Lundquist College of Business, complemented by an exchange program in Business Administration at the University of Stuttgart.

ABOUT CENTREX What started as handyman services quickly grew into commercial construction and eventually expanded to dominate the aviation sector of development, all while establishing Centrex as a premier management firm. COMMERCIAL We are seasoned with all types of commercial facility construction between 5,000-250,000 square feet, ranging from ground-up or renovation projects to upscale, one-off automotive and mixed-use buildings, warehousing, hospitality, and institutional quality developments.
