Rob Leighton

Rob Leighton has extensive experience in human resources and management. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at CENTRIA since June 1996, Rob is responsible for fostering the company's culture and core values, overseeing benefits, compensation, hiring, retention, and training programs while facilitating communication with manufacturing facilities. Prior to CENTRIA, Rob was the Senior Vice President at Smith Steelite from February 1993 to June 1996, focusing on project management, customer service, and material management. Rob's career began at Steelite, where roles included President and Vice President of Finance, managing overall company operations, accounting, and customer service. Rob holds an MBA in Business/Commerce from the University of Pittsburgh and a BA in History from Kenyon College.
