Every firm creates relational intelligence — the trust, context, and understanding built through years of client interactions. It's what makes your best people effective and keeps clients loyal when the work gets hard. That collective knowledge is your Relational IP®: the accumulated experience that powers your reputation and revenue. It lives in people's heads, inboxes, and habits — which means it walks out the door when they do.

Centric makes Relational IP® visible, measurable, and protectable.

SPOT
----------
Surface the relationship knowledge your firm already holds, and where it's concentrated in too few people.

MEASURE
---------------
The Relational IP Index (RIPI™) scores how your client-facing teams are actually performing across real interactions. RIPX™ is the standard your leadership sets for what a healthy client relationship looks like. The gap between them is where risk lives.

PROTECT
---------------
Catch relationship decay — the accumulation of small signals that go unnoticed until the client's decision is already made — while there's still time to act.

Relationship capital has no neutral state. It is either actively cultivated or it is decaying: through departures, through silent erosion, through the structure that was never built to hold it.

Centric is built for agencies and professional services firms, grounded in behavioral science and 20 years of operating experience managing billion-dollar client relationships.
