Lloyd Blashka

Lloyd Blashka serves as the VP of Strategy & Corporate Development at Centric Brands, a multibillion-dollar portfolio retail fashion and apparel company, since 2023. Previously, Lloyd held the role of VP of Mergers & Acquisitions at Elevate Brands from 2021 to 2023, where responsibilities included corporate development and strategic finance, culminating in the company being acquired by SellerX Group. Lloyd's experience also includes serving as Vice President at Palladium Equity Partners, LLC from 2018 to 2021, where engagement in various boards and investment opportunities was notable. Earlier, Lloyd worked at Perella Weinberg Partners from 2011 to 2016, initially as an investment banking analyst before transitioning to a private equity associate role. Lloyd holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.S.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from Washington University in St. Louis.
