Stemon Ching currently serves as the Manager of Human Resources for Asia at Centric Brands, a position held since May 2023 following a role as Assistant Manager in the same department. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Operations Specialist for Global Supply Chain Asia at Dr. Martens plc from January 2022 to April 2023 and various roles at Tesco Sourcing from November 2019 to January 2022, including People Advisor for Reward and Payroll. Stemon began a career in human resources at Toppan Forms HK Group, progressing from Human Resources Assistant to Senior Human Resources Assistant between February 2017 and November 2019. Stemon is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Strategic Human Resources Management at Hong Kong Baptist University, expected to complete in June 2024, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Hong Kong Metropolitan University, earned in 2016.
