Centric Collective is a boutique project management and advisory team specialising in cladding rectification, building defect management, and property projects.

We work with Owners Corporations, consultants, builders, and government bodies to deliver outcomes that restore safety, confidence, and long-term value. Most importantly, we keep owners at the centre of every decision. With experience across hundreds of rectification projects, we understand the technical, regulatory, and financial challenges that come with fixing buildings — and we help make the process far less stressful.

We bring clarity to complex situations, managing risks, budgets, and all the moving parts with precision and care.

At Centric Collective, we believe great projects rely on trust, transparency, and accountability. Our boutique structure means we’re hands-on, responsive, and personally invested in every project we take on.

We don’t just manage projects — we stand beside the people behind them.
