The formation of Centric Elevator Corporation in 1977 marked a significant development in the elevator service market. Founded in Denver, Colorado and steadily growing by providing quality elevator service, Centric expanded to Arizona in 1983. In 1990, Centric again expanded its market to Oregon by acquiring Western Elevator. Filling the void that existed between the large national elevator manufacturers and the small independent service companies, Centric established a service philosophy emphasizing innovation and quality service at competitive pricing. Completing our 35th year in busi-ness, Centric has experienced steady long-term growth and is known as one of the largest independent elevator compa-nies in the United States.
