Charles Liu

Charles Liu is an experienced professional in user experience and product design, currently serving as the Innovation Product Manager for APAC at Centric Software since April 2020, focusing on PLM systems innovation. Prior roles include UX Manager at SAP SuccessFactors and UX Manager at Honeywell, where leadership of a team of ten was pivotal in developing connected building solutions. Charles held the position of Senior Staff UX Designer at GE, concentrating on user research and design for airline clients, and served as UX Director at Shanghai QinWen Information & Technology Ltd for K-12 online education products. Additional experience includes UX Designer II at Microsoft, contributing to significant products like Visual Studio and Azure, as well as a Senior Product Designer at Autodesk. Charles began the career as a Technical Researcher and Technical Support Engineer, and holds a Master's degree in Interaction Design from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a Bachelor's in Mechatronic Engineering from Beijing Institute of Technology.
