Ferdinand Diener is a seasoned Business Process Consultant specializing in PLM solutions at Centric Software, drawing on over a decade of experience in the outdoor apparel industry. They began their career as a designer and developer, later managing garment production and quality in the Far East and Europe. Ferdinand has served as the Product Operations - PLM Process & Quality Manager at Helly Hansen, where they led end-to-end product development workflows and ensured regulatory compliance. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion/Apparel Design from Kunsthøgskolen i Oslo and hold additional qualifications in pattern cutting and product design.
