Rob Gordon

Rob Gordon currently serves as the Sr Director of FP&A at Centric Software, a position held since May 2024. Prior to this role, Gordon spent nearly a decade at Workday, starting as Chief of Staff - Finance and then transitioning to Director of Corporate Finance, where responsibilities included leading corporate FP&A functions and supporting strategic financial processes. Previous experience includes finance director roles at Oracle and Taleo Corporation, where pivotal contributions were made in financial planning and analysis. Gordon’s early career included finance management at EMC and Bank of America Corp. Holding an MBA in Finance from the University of San Francisco and a BA in Economics from the University of Calgary, Gordon possesses extensive expertise in financial strategy and analysis.
