Alice Rowe

Alice Rowe (Assoc. CIPD) is a seasoned professional in employee relations and human resources, currently serving as Senior Employee Relations Manager and Senior Industrial Relations Partner at Centrica since October 2017. Alice also contributes as Co-Chair of Centrica's LGBTQ+ Network and has held multiple roles, including Employee Relations Consultant and Project Manager within the HR Graduate Program. Prior experience includes Learning and Development Coordinator at Chessington World of Adventures Resort from July 2014 to July 2017 and Sales Advisor at Pandora from October 2013 to January 2015. Alice holds a Level 7 CIPD qualification obtained between October 2018 and October 2020, as well as a 1st Class Bachelor of Business Studies (BA) from Leeds Beckett University, completed in 2016.
