Andrew Sims

Andrew Sims has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as Global Business Services Portfolio Manager at Centrica since August 2012. Additional roles at Centrica include HR Change Manager and Resourcing Change and Development Manager. Since January 2014, Andrew has held the position of Recruitment Manager for British Gas New Energy. Prior experience at British Gas includes various recruitment management roles from 2002 to 2012, as well as team management in the contact center. Andrew holds an MSc in Human Resources Management from The University of Glamorgan and a BA in English with an MSc in Human Resources Management from the University of South Wales.
