Cal Fairweather

Cal Fairweather is an experienced professional in the fields of employer branding and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Head of Employer Branding and EVP at Centrica since October 2022. At Centrica, Cal is spearheading the development of a new group-wide employer brand and activating an EVP across the company's eight brands. Concurrently, Cal works as a Talent ID Academy Scout for Southampton Football Club. Prior roles include Academy Scout at QPR FC, Consulting for various organizations at Chapter 2, Talent Branding Lead at Thales, Resourcing Lead for the Middle East at Dell Technologies, and Technology Recruitment Specialist at Ateca Consulting. Cal's career began in the British Army as a Combat HR Manager.
