Damian Wroe

Damian Wroe is an experienced leader in analytics and operational strategy, currently serving as Head of Analytics at Centrica since May 2023. Prior to this role, Damian spent nearly a decade at British Gas, where positions included Business and Performance Manager and various leadership roles focused on enhancing commercial performance and digital channel strategies. Key achievements encompass the introduction of innovative contact solutions that significantly increased efficiency and customer retention, as well as achieving substantial financial improvements through refined operational strategies. Damian's earlier experience includes management positions at UK Asset Resolutions, CPP Group plc, and RBS Insurance, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in History from Lancaster University.
