David Bailey

David Bailey has a robust and diverse background in facilities management and real estate, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Regional Facilities Property Manager at Centrica since October 2018, David previously held the position of Head of Real Estate and Facilities Services UK at Novartis from April 2016 to October 2018. Prior to that, David was the Engineering and Projects Manager at Harrods from April 2014 to April 2016, and spent a significant portion of time at Glaxo Smith Kline from October 2000 to March 2014, where David held the roles of Head of Facilities Contract Operations and Engineering Manager for CHR&D UK.
