David Derstine

David Derstine is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT and HR operations. Currently serving as Head of IT & HR Operations at Centrica since January 2020, David leads the design and improvement of business processes to align with strategic goals. Prior to this role, David was Director of IT Services at SmartWatt, overseeing IT operations and ensuring effective use of technology to meet business objectives. David also held various positions at The Pennsylvania State University, where responsibilities included project management and implementing IT service management programs. David holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Sciences and Technology from Penn State University, is a certified Project Management Professional, and completed the Technology Leadership Institute at Columbia Business School.
