Fergus McIntosh

Fergus McIntosh is an accomplished professional in digital marketing and customer experience, currently serving as the Director of Digital & Marketing at Centrica since January 2025. Prior to this role, McIntosh held the position of Director of Customer & Marketing at Aviva, where responsibilities included managing a £3 billion AuA business, a £30 million media budget, and leading significant digital sales growth initiatives. As a Senior Advisor at Bain & Company, McIntosh provided expertise to financial and FMCG institutions on digital sales and transformation strategies. Previous experience includes leading the Digital Centre of Excellence at NatWest Group, where oversight of a large team focused on digital adoption and sales optimization was achieved. McIntosh also has a solid foundation in digital service development and customer experience from roles at RBS and Alpha Plus Group. McIntosh holds a Diploma in Chartered Banking and a BA HONS in Marketing from Glasgow Caledonian University.
