They held significant positions at Electronic Arts, including Vice President of Marketing for International, and served as Chief Marketing Officer at Dixons Carphone, where they merged businesses to exceed financial targets. Currently, they are the Chief Customer Officer at Centrica, driving transformation across the group's businesses through deep customer understanding and innovative strategies. Booker also founded a strategic management consultancy and led marketing efforts at other notable companies. They earned a BSc (Hons) from the University of Hertfordshire and an MBA with distinction from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
