Grant Smith

Grant Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in governance, risk, and compliance management within Centrica since 2003. Initially serving as the HR Systems Manager, Grant progressed to roles including Director of HR Shared Service PMO and currently holds the position of Director; GBS Governance, Risk and Compliance. In these capacities, Grant has successfully managed complex projects, enhanced HR technology strategies, and improved operational efficiencies across global functions. Prior to Centrica, Grant held various roles in IT management at SHL, where responsibilities included overseeing IT support services and managing IT projects. Grant holds a BSc (Hons) in Computing & Informatics from the University of Plymouth.
