Guy Johnson is a data protection lawyer holding a current practising certificate in England and Wales. They began their career in private practice as a solicitor in property law and later transitioned to consultancy roles, notably as a Data Protection Consultant at TFPL Limited (2000-2008), before advising clients at KPMG and various other companies in the field of data protection until 2014. They have served as Privacy Counsel for multiple organizations, including NatWest Group and Meta, and are currently a Privacy Counsel at Centrica. Johnson obtained a BA in History from the University of East Anglia between 1984 and 1987.
