H Locke

H Locke is an experienced design professional with a strong background in UX research and service design. Currently serving as the Head of UX Research and Service Design at Centrica since September 2025, H previously led the Service Design team at British Gas from June 2023 to September 2025. H held key positions at Ogilvy UK from January 2019 to June 2023, including Head of Experience Design and UX Director, overseeing design teams across multiple regions. Prior experience includes leading the Experience Design team at Proximity London, serving as Head of Experience Labs at EY-Seren, and leading business development roles at specialmoves and Fluent Interaction. H has a solid foundation in user-centered design, innovation, and inclusive design principles, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in French from the University of Hull and a Diplôme Universitaire d'Études Françaises from Université Jean Moulin.
