Helen Stack

Helen Stack has extensive experience in the energy sector, beginning with a graduate program at BG Group from 1995 to 1997, where responsibilities included joint-venture contract negotiations and NPV valuation of gas and oil assets. Subsequently, at Yorkshire Electricity Group from 1999 to 2001, Helen held the role of Head of Analysis, leading a team in energy asset valuation and wholesale price curve development, and served as Senior Commercial Advisor to secure gas supply contracts for market entry. From 2007 to 2011, Helen worked at Centrica as Commercial Manager, optimizing gas transmission capacity across the EU, and later as European Policy Manager, focusing on public affairs. Since April 2011, Helen has been the Regulatory Manager at Centrica, providing regulatory oversight to facilitate the transition towards a more flexible energy system while supporting initiatives for electric vehicle integration. Helen Stack earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Latin American Studies from the University of Portsmouth in 1994.
