Imogen Fletcher

Imogen Fletcher is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in people programs and change management at Centrica, where roles have included Head of People Programmes and Co-Chair of the Diverse-Ability Network. With a background in security policy and operational management, Imogen has also served as a Security Policy Consultant and Security Operations Analyst. In addition to corporate roles, Imogen contributes to the community as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Berkshire MS Therapy Centre and performs as a Soprano with Lumina Voices and as a freelance musician. Imogen holds a BMus (Hons) in Music Performance from Royal Holloway, University of London, and has a strong foundational education in music and science from Bradford Grammar School.
