Jody Lewis

Jody Lewis is an accomplished communications professional currently serving as the Colleague Communications Director at Centrica since December 2022, overseeing strategic internal communications across the organization and its six business units. Jody is also a Board Member of the Institute of Internal Communication and has extensive experience from previous roles at Lloyds Banking Group, including Head of Group Leadership Communications and Head of Internal Communications, managing communications for over 65,000 employees. Prior experience includes various leadership positions at Standard Life, focusing on communications strategy, customer experience, and executive support. Jody holds a Professional Diploma in Marketing from CIM, a Postgraduate Certificate in Economics from the University of Strathclyde, and a BA in Media from the University of the West of Scotland.
