Kat Parsons

Kat Parsons is the Group Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Centrica, where they energize efforts towards a greener and fairer future by fostering a culture of inclusion. Kat's impactful career includes leadership roles in various organizations, such as Head of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging at ISS A/S, where their initiatives garnered significant recognition, including a Highly Commended award at the European Diversity Awards. Kat is also a founding speaker for OUTspoken Speakers Bureau, promoting motivational speaking for LGBTQ+ voices. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science from Lancaster University and continue to make strides in promoting gender equality within the construction industry through the Female Design & Build project.
