Katherine Cooper

Katherine Cooper is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in human resources and transformation management, currently serving as a Solution Design Manager at Centrica since January 2016. In this role, Katherine is integral to a large-scale system transformation program, focusing on understanding system architecture and facilitating workshops to define and implement system requirements. Prior experience includes roles as a GBS Solutions Manager, specializing in digital technology implementations across HR and Procurement systems, and as a Global HR M&A Specialist, managing the HR M&A lifecycle from due diligence to post-merger integration.
