Kathryn Moore is a Chartered Engineer and IT Transformation Project and Programme Management Professional with extensive experience in managing projects throughout their lifecycle. From 2015 to 2018, Kathryn served as the Head of Change PMO at Thames Water Infrastructure Alliance, where they developed a transformation programme to achieve £15m in annual savings. Prior to that, they held various roles at Thames Water, including Digital Programme Manager and Change Programme Manager, overseeing complex initiatives and ensuring the successful delivery of significant programmes. Currently, Kathryn is a Portfolio Delivery Manager at Centrica and is actively engaged in program management while leveraging their strong skills in business planning, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
