Laura Morris

Laura Morris is an accomplished Learning and Development Manager with extensive experience in the field. Currently at Centrica since July 2015, Laura leads a team of 20 professionals responsible for delivering a wide range of learning programs, including apprenticeships and both accredited and non-accredited learning across the Midlands and Wales. Prior roles include serving as Learning and Development Manager at Topps Tiles Plc, where responsibilities included expanding the apprenticeship strategy and developing a business-wide competency framework. Laura has also held managerial and training roles at Aspire Achieve Advance Ltd and First4Skills, with a foundational focus on apprenticeship provision in retail and management.
