Louise Billingham

Louise Billingham is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in customer operations and transformation within British Gas and Centrica. Since joining British Gas in January 2006, Louise has held various senior roles including Director Customer Operations, Transformation Director, and Head of Change & Integration, driving significant business change initiatives, acquisitions, and integration strategies. Prior to this, Louise was the Managing Director of the Building Controls Division at British Gas Business, where full P&L responsibility was held alongside a focus on cultural change and business restructuring. Earlier career experiences include managing outsource services for British Gas Business and strategic account management at Arval - BNP Paribas Group, achieving notable growth in customer support and service delivery. Education completed at Earls High School from 1987 to 1991.
