Paul Sherley

Paul Sherley is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial management, performance analysis, and team leadership within the energy sector. Currently serving as Finance Director for Nuclear at Centrica plc, Sherley oversees financial processes related to the company’s 20% share in the UK nuclear fleet. Previous roles at Centrica include Head of Change Finance, where Sherley managed financial support for a £240 million change plan, and Finance Manager positions focused on revenue and margins. Prior to Centrica, Sherley held significant roles at NXT, RAC, and Arthur Andersen & Co., bringing a strong background in statutory reporting, financial controls, and strategic project support.
