Philippa Dew is a dynamic leader with over 12 years of experience in logistics and HR, including service in the Royal Navy. Currently, they serve as the Group Head of Ethics & Financial Crime at Centrica, where they leverage their strategic insights and strong communication skills to drive productivity and stakeholder engagement. Philippa has a proven track record in managing complex projects, having played key roles in transformative initiatives within the Defence sector. They are also a trustee at Connors Toy Library, promoting community connections through play. Philippa holds a Logistics Management BSc (Hons) from the University of Lincoln.
