Rob Fallon

Rob Fallon is an experienced product leader currently serving as the Head of CX Innovation and Experimentation at Centrica since September 2025, responsible for leading a team focused on rapid concept exploration and validation for home energy products and services. Prior to this role, Rob held several significant positions at British Gas, including Product Lead and Lead Product Owner, where achievements included enhancing digital experiences across customer platforms and developing a new mobile app for the New Energy Platform.
