Roy Watts

Roy Watts is an accomplished Enterprise Architect with extensive experience in solution architecture and IT consulting. Currently serving at Centrica since February 2017, Roy oversees strategy and architecture for BG Home Customer Service and previously held the role of Senior Solutions Architect. Prior to this, from August 2008 to February 2017, Roy contributed to British Gas as a Solution Architect, where responsibilities included managing various projects for residential customer service and leading a team for the implementation of SAP CRM & ISU. Roy's earlier career includes significant positions at Watts IT Ltd, Centrica (British Gas Services), and LogicaCMG, focusing on system design and development in utility sectors. Roy holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Cartography and Surveying from Kingston College.
