Shona Smith has extensive experience in the energy sector, with a career spanning nearly three decades at Centrica and British Gas. Currently serving as the Global Outsource Partner Manager at Centrica since August 1994, Shona has also held roles such as Business Development Manager and Operations Manager, demonstrating ownership and accountability for process and call handling both onshore and offshore. Additionally, Shona's tenure at British Gas included positions like Head of Planning & Dispatch, Senior Operations Manager, and Service Excellence Manager, along with overseeing a program focused on contact reduction from 2017 to August 2021 as Head of Shared Service.
