Steven Waggott

Steven Waggott is a Commercial Analyst specializing in Social Housing at Centrica since October 2022, previously serving as Team Leader in the Customer Operations department, where Steven managed a team of 12 FTE, focused on performance improvement, customer relations, and employee wellbeing. Steven held leadership roles, including President and Treasurer of the University of Nottingham Water Polo from September 2020 to August 2022, and completed a Business Management Summer Internship at Centrica in 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Customer Assistant at Morrisons and Sports Assistant at University of Nottingham Sport, and as a Lifeguard for Gateshead Council. Steven holds a Master of Science in Chemistry from the University of Nottingham, obtained in 2022, and attended Royal Grammar School Newcastle from 2011 to 2018.
