Toby Henderson is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Finance Director for PH Jones at Centrica since July 2023, Toby provides critical financial support to the leadership team, focusing on long-term contract bid design, financial performance, and KPI improvement. Prior to Centrica, Toby was with Bupa from September 2014 to May 2023 as Divisional Finance Director, overseeing a £300m functional cost base and leading significant cost transformation initiatives and financial decision-making processes. Additional experience includes leading finance operations at Friends Life UK and Axa Life Insurance, where responsibilities encompassed management accounting, cost management, and providing financial guidance to senior executives. Toby holds a 2:1 degree in Accounting from Newcastle University.
