Daisuke Okuda

Daisuke Okuda has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Daisuke is currently serving as the Japan Business Development Director at Centrical, where they are responsible for developing and driving the company's strategic vision, as well as playing a major role in technology and business development efforts.

Before joining Centrical, Daisuke founded their own concern called Access Lab, LLC in 2016, where they provided IT consulting, lead generation, customer visits, project management, pre-sales, contract and account management services to IT and other companies seeking business expansion in Japan.

Daisuke also worked at WalkMe™ as the Director of Business Development in WalkMe KK from 2019 to 2021, and as the Manager of Business Development in WalkMe Ltd. from 2017 to 2019. During their tenure, Daisuke successfully established strong business-to-business partnerships in Japan and significantly increased the WalkMe partner numbers.

Prior to that, Daisuke worked at Gaprise K.K as a CX Consultant/Pre-Sales Engineer, where they developed their marketing skills and successfully closed a $1 million deal through effective communication and negotiation.

From 2012 to 2014, Daisuke worked at Cognizant as a Project Manager - Line Manager, leading a team of 10 IT engineers and managing a global master data management project for a financial organization with a budget of $4 million.

Before that, they worked at Tata Consultancy Services as a Project Manager, leading the development of AMS offshore outsourcing models for a pharmaceutical company in Japan, contributing to a $10 million project.

Daisuke's career began at Calsoft Systems in 2005, where they fulfilled multiple IT engineering functions and led a team of 14 engineers to deliver a functional sales system for a company in the tourism industry.

Prior to that, they worked at Quintiles as a Senior Analyst/DBA, at Microsoft as an R&D Software Test Engineer, and at CA Technologies as a Technology Consultant.

Throughout their career, Daisuke has demonstrated their ability to lead teams, develop partnerships, and successfully deliver projects.

Daisuke Okuda earned a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from Kyorin University, where they studied Social Sciences, from 1993 to 1997. Additionally, they obtained the Oracle Master Silver certification from Oracle in 1999.
