David Clark is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in property management and governance. Currently serving as Non Executive Chair at Centrick since January 2023 and as Non Executive Board Member and Chair of the Investment and Development Committee at Housing 21 since August 2019, David has a strong focus on enhancing services for various community sectors. Previous roles include Chair of QAC Enterprises from May 2016 to July 2024, Non Executive Board Member at Platform Housing Group from September 2015 to July 2023, and Chair of Platform Property Care from October 2014 to July 2021. David was the Owner and Chair of Mainstay Group Ltd from October 2003 to September 2020, where the business was successfully sold to create the UK's largest property manager. Additionally, David's past experience includes significant roles at ARMA and Bruton Knowles, complemented by a degree in Business and Finance from City of London Polytechnic.
