Gianluca Cinti

Gianluca Cinti is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in advisory and audit roles. As the Founder of XGA | XGen Advisory since January 2023, Cinti actively leads the organization while simultaneously serving as Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors for KME Group S.p.A. since May 2024. Cinti holds multiple statutory auditor positions across various companies, including HYPE, Sella Venture Partners SGR, Centrico, Fabrick, and Ronchi Mario SpA. Cinti’s previous experience includes impactful roles such as Strategic & Financial Advisor and Director at Wepartner SpA and Senior Consultant at Impresa Sviluppo Srl. Cinti earned a degree in Business Administration from Università Bocconi.
