Patrick Lentz

Patrick Lentz is the current CFO at CentriLogic. Prior to this, they were a Corporate Development Executive at CentriLogic from October 2012 to June 2016. Patrick has also worked as a Director, Investment Banking and Corporate Finance at RBC Capital Markets | RBC Daniels from October 2000 to October 2011. In this role, they provided investment banking and financial services to companies in the media and telecom space including M&A advisory, capital raising (debt and equity), valuation, corporate lending, business plan preparation, negotiating and financial modeling. Patrick also led transactions across a number of different telecom and media verticals, including: Internet infrastructure (data centers, managed hosting, managed services, cloud service providers, ISPs), Internet media (job boards, city guides, online travel, coupons, message boards), cable television and telecom services. Prior to that, they were Manager, Strategic Finance and Economics at Arthur Andersen & Co. from September 1993 to September 1998.

After completing their MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Patrick Lentz worked in finance for several years. Patrick then decided to return to school to earn their B.A. in economics from the University of Texas at Austin.

Patrick Lentz reports to Robert Offley, President & CEO. They are on a team with Sean Harmon - Chief Sales Officer, Daniel Vucinic - COO, and Karthik Anand - VP of Global Professional Services. and Patricia Lie - VP, Finance reports to Patrick Lentz.
