In 2005, they moved to Tavant as a Performance Engineer, where they were responsible for non-functional testing of the application and code optimization, server tuning, and capacity planning for the final production deployment. In 2006, Ashish joined Fiserv as a Software Architect, working as a technical lead in the Data aggregation team and providing Personal financial management solutions to advisors and investors. Ashish was responsible for analyzing requirements, estimating work, designing, and implementing solutions. In 2016, they became the Director of Engineering at CENTRL Inc.
