Stephen La Rue

Stephen La Rue has over 20 years of exceptional experience in security and law enforcement, currently serving as the Director of Security at the Central New York Regional Transportation Authority. Previously, they held the position of Director of Security at Destiny USA, overseeing operations in a major shopping mall, and worked at the Syracuse City Police Department as a Detective Sergeant, where they demonstrated progressive leadership and received multiple awards. They hold an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Criminal Justice from Tompkins Cortland Community College and have extensive expertise in staff training, crisis response, and security management.
