Anna Penido

Anna Penido serves as the Executive Director at Centro Lemann since December 2020, bringing extensive experience in educational innovation and public policy. Previously, Anna held the position of Director at Inspirare from February 2012 to June 2020, an institute aimed at fostering innovations in education in Brazil. Anna's career also includes roles such as Chief of the São Paulo Field Office at UNICEF Brazil and Executive Director at CIPO-Comunicação Interativa. Anna has a strong educational background, including an Advanced Leadership Initiative from Harvard University and a specialization in social management from Universidade Federal da Bahia, alongside earlier studies in journalism and human rights advocacy.
