Centrust Bank provides primarily commercial banking services. Its commercial banking products include commercial and industrial loans, as well as commercial real estate, construction and multi-family loans. Additionally, it originates loans through the Small Business Administration related to business acquisitions and commercial real estate loans tied to the hospitality industry. The Bank provides both commercial and consumer deposit accounts, including checking accounts, savings accounts, money market accounts, certificates of deposits, IRA and escrow deposit services. In addition, the Bank provides commercial and consumer banking services, including online banking, remote deposit capture, and online bill pay. 

Centrust Bank was founded in 2006 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of United Community Bancshares, Inc., who purchased the Bank in 2012. The Bank is based and located in Northbrook, Illinois.
